职位描述
Job Description:
1.To deliver simply first class service and advice to our Wholesale Banking clients and internal Partners in all enquiries, problems, conflicts resolution and other service-relate
2.To be the Service Partner, working together with RMs, Product Sales, Operations and other key internal stakeholders to solve client issues, identify opportunities and deliver the Bank’s services
Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
1.Understand clients requirements and banking product & service needs across multiple products
2.Proactively anticipate clients needs and takes action
3.Proactively encourage utilization of facilities/increasing transaction volumes up/cross sell products and services; and indentify opportunities for channels and business referrals
4.Create time for additional responsibilities and activities (projects, training etc ) though effective work management
5.Work independently, talking ownership of issues and escalates as required to the appropriate party
6.Comply with laid out policies and procedures
7.Maintain the Bank’s reputation
8.Identify gaps which would put the Bank and its clients at risk and takes action
Qualifications & Skills
1.Knowledge of customer services and corporate banking (WB) products and processes ( electronic channels knowledge is an advantage)
2.Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
3.Strong communication skills : ability to build clear and effective communications that drive action
4.Good listening and questioning skills
5.Motivated to achieve personal targets and management objectives
6.Good at English. Fluent Cantonese is an advantage.

The FMSD team of over 600 people is based across Singapore, London, Chennai, Dubai, New York and Hong Kong. From 2010, we are developing an FMSD team in Tianjin, China. It is a strategic move to build FMSD capability in Tianjin within next 5 years with below vision:
