职位描述：
Purpose of the position
To carry out daily operations tasks efficiently and work within are procedures.

Key Tasks
Ocean Freight Import
? To follow up on arrival notice and feedback to customers and o4’erseas stations and make arrangement for delivery
General Duties
? Check and verify documents
? Carry out approved proposed improvement I changes on proceiures and systems made by supervisors
? Work within SOP and quotation from M&S and overseas offices
? Inform supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on
subcontractors’ standards and services
Feedback pre-claim details and status to customers
Arrange and monitor customs clearance
Follow up on delivery to customers until receipt of shipment
Incident management — handles customers’ inquiries, complain s, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned qn related issues
? Handles customers’ statistics and reports
? To take up additional tasks as assigned
? Back up for other team members when necessary
