职位描述：
Specific responsibilities of the position:
? Support GCA Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) to manage all HSE and Security matters within GCA especially PRS in accordance to Damco standards.
? Collect HSSE related reports from local HSSE officers on monthly basis.
? Support GCA HSSE to Lead the development and implementation of all HSSE policies and procedures within GCA
? Implementation of various tasks e.g. safety day activity to promote safety culture.
? Creation of HSSE monthly poster
? Carry out facility audits to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follows-up to ensure measures have been implemented in GCA/PRS area.
? Develop HSSE documentation based on Damco global HSSE standard.
? Enforces safe working practices and ensures LTI’s are kept to a minimum
? Assist in managing the overall HSSE Management System within assigned areas of responsibility to achieve established HSSE performance targets.
? Provide HSSE coaching and training to PRNC employees to ensure compliance with established HSSE policies, practices and contract/reporting requirements.
? HSSE Point of Contact for Clients and Authorities in GCA/PRS.
? Have oversight of Hong Kong and Tai Wan H&S legal compliance.
? Conducts HSSE risk assessments and ensure corrective and preventive measures are undertaken.
? Investigates, analyses and reviews accidents or near misses.
? Audit subcontractors & follow-up to ensure adequate HSSE performance.
? Providing support for commercial and compliance efforts
? Develop a safety culture in employees at all levels of the organization.
? Live, communicate, inspire and promote Damco Mission, Vision, Values and Core Culture.

Specific requirements for the position:
* Fluent in written and spoken English, and local languages.
* General knowledge and experience on logistics practices
* Mastery of HSE combining theory and organizational practice is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in cross functional team.
* Ability to obtain cooperation and assistance to meet objectives.
* Ability to deliver trainings.
* Ability to travel within GCA PRS area.
* Computer literate
* Process oriented
