职位描述:
1. 日常管理工作，包括旅行安排和会议安排等。
2. 负责准确地跟踪部门的费用支付情况和每月的报告
3. 负责建立采购请求，跟踪和支付
4. 与部门经理合作,确保发票、付款和所有合同协议及时完成。
5. 整理文件夹、材料
6. 其他工作/任务

职位要求:：

做事认真，注重细节，踏实的工作态度
具有较强的英文沟通能力
自我激励，能够很好地执行任务
每周实习3 - 4天(必须条件)
在跨国公司有实习经验的优先考虑
