Objective:
* A well managed reception
* All business activities tracked and reported
* All outgoing documents accurate and filed in good order
* A tidy and efficient working environment

Job Roles:
* Manage receptionists and make sure office reception and phone calls picking well organized
* Agency administration such as business activities tracking, charge-outs coordination, debt collection, and etc.
* Business documentation, filing and translation
* General administration such as stationery procurement, office maintenance, expenses reporting, and etc.
* Be adaptable and flexible in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
* Ethical, honest, dependable, and cooperative
* Details minded

Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Associate / Bachelor degree
* 3 years of Admin assistant or secretary experience with MNC preferred
* Advanced software skills for creating high volume of fairly complex documents, spreadsheets and presentations within tight deadlines. Intermediate Outlook for e-mail and calendar management
* Good communication skills both oral and written including fluency in English and Mandarin
* Good organizational and interpersonal skills
