职位设置目的:
以区域为单位管理店铺,通过对区域主管的辅导、追踪及管理,帮助店铺获利,保持与公司各部门之间的有效沟通,保证一致性服务体验的传递

工作职责:
-增进区域获利
-协助区域主管设定并达成区组营业目标,进而达成市场目标
-协助区域主管合理管控门市费用面
-监督每月财务报表,辅导区域主管进行差异管理
-检核店铺营运操作及管理遵循公司规范,辅导区域主管进行门市管理
-分析及评估店铺所在商圈特性,协助区域主管策划及执行单店行销计划

营运卓越
-督导店铺营运现场表现,提高服务质量,以求顾客满意
-确保员工提供符合crocs标准的服务
-确认所有店铺外观及道具符合营运标准
-确认区域所有店铺按要求执行当期营销活动
-评核顾客意见回馈系统的结果,并指导区域店铺提供更好服务
-协助员工发展
-指导区域主管领导统驭及本职能学习,以提升其成熟度
-参加区域主管IDP的设定并给予所需的培训及指导
-挑选及训练区组管理干部并使其成长
-审核人力需求计划,人员效率合理化
-提供正面及负面回馈以增进伙伴表现
-进行区域管理干部特训,协助成长
-确保店铺训练流程按标准进

保持总部与区域店铺的有效沟通
-有效利用OM会议、各部门分科会议、损益会议等会议沟通模式,加速区域主管、店经理成长
-利用区组会议、市场会议强化店铺沟通交流确保门市操作一致性

业主关系维护
-做好区域店铺所在商场业主的关系维护
-既有店续约维护

卡骆弛贸易(上海)有限公司作为crocs中国营销中心,于2006年登陆中国,总部位于上海。
