职位描述：
1.Prepare bid documents (start to quote from China and directly contact Joy oversea, UK/US/AUS/SA…)
2.Filing system all contracts and proposals/ and putting all data to SAP to share with all the colleagues whom may concern.
3.Data base development and update. (Tender Database & Quotation Database)
4. Attendance at Bid opening and document, clarification with all the questions from customer/bidding co.
5.Liaison with Commercial, legal and technical staff on the bid documents;
Tenders and attachments preparation.
6. Summarize all the bid results and issues happened during bid process.
7.Daily translation/Interpretation for various documents: such as tendering/tender doc. New products, fax and meetings etc.
8. Liaise directly with customers/bidding companies on Tender issues for clarification and attend pre-tender meetings with customers/colleagues to discuss / negotiate proposals and tender progression.
Maintain relationships with bidding companies and enduers through regular meetings and telephone discussions
9. Complete Bid attachments, pricing sheets, scope of supply and other commercial-related document independently.
10.Work with specialists in Matrix structure and assist Contract Manager to achieve Joint Objectives 举报 分享
