Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Researcher is to be responsible for responsible for the coordination of HRMS Operations in the branches and recruitment of candidates for headhunting needs.

1 Recruitment
Ø Analyzing and understanding job specifications, which are provided by clients, and then using a variety of different means to find the right candidates for the roles
Ø Pre-Contract Activities. Assist in the sale of large projects.
Ø Writing and advertising vacancies on job boards.
Ø Coaching and leading candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Ø Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates both face to face and by telephone.
Ø Interview arrangements
Ø Making job offers and checking references on candidates

2. Operations
Ø Coordinate with BU HR team to manage the management of the needs
Ø Assure the follow up & renewal of current contract assigned
Ø Support the branches and sales in various cases – be a solution provider
Ø Promote HRMS in the branches by having a daily contact with them
Ø Act as project coordinator for big cases (e.g. events)
Ø Develop costing templates for our services
Ø Study and keep an eye on the market to find opportunities and be aware of the latest HR legislations

Ø Strong recruitment experience in headhunting company
Ø Strong communications skills
Ø A good team player
Ø Ability to handle multiple priorities and to work to deadlines
Ø Excellent problem-solving skills
Ø Enjoy responsibility and working in a high-pressure environment
Ø Customer oriented sense and teamwork spirit
Ø Rigorous on the project management and follow up
Ø Good communication skills

Ø Bachelor degree in Human Resources
Ø First experience in recruitment, preferably in a headhunting company
Ø Good interpersonal skills
Ø Fluent English ability, both written and oral
