职位描述：
岗位职责：

-通过建立有效的渠道关系，获取潜在客户资源，达成新客户获取指标。

-通过提供适当的零售银行产品及服务，来探索及挖掘特定渠道的潜在客户，并确保产品及服务与客户的需求一致。

-指导并协同销售代表组织OMA活动及相关市场营销活动，寻找特定渠道的潜在商业机会。

-主动收集渠道客户需求及反馈，帮助后台管理部门更好的设置客户战略的制定。

-协助渠道经理进行渠道的开拓和维护，确保销售团队的产能达标。

-确保提供给客户的银行服务符合高效、及时的原则。

-通过渠道经理和销售经理的指导，确保团队和渠道销售的双向沟通，从而提升服务质量并保证市场竞争力。

任职要求：

- 大学本科或以上学历

- 3年以上销售及客户服务工作经验，具外资银行工作经验及熟悉上海市楼盘、房产中介者优先考虑

- 具客户服务意识，性格外向进取，善于与人沟通，能承受工作压力

- 中、英文程度良好，熟悉办公室计算机软件应用

- 愿意接受轮班的工作安排

Segment Specialist

 

Job Responsibilities:

-Building up effective connections with sales of high-quality channels to get sizable referrals and achieve customer acquisition target.

-Explore and solicit potential customers from specific channels by providing appropriate retail banking and wealth management product and services to ensure proposing right product to right customer.

-Act as segment leader/specialist in leading peer BDRs to organize OMAs and marketing activities to explore new business opportunities from specific channels.

-By proactively collecting customer needs from channels to propose to management / internal departments for customer proposition set up and acquisition strategy designing.

-Assist CAM in driving channel development, cooperate with CAM to monitor channel/segment quality and help promote BD team work to ensure achievement of sales targets.

-By initiate more competitive and practicable segment development ideas to ensure our service is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.

-Coached by CAM/BDTL to closely track segment sales results and initiate two way communications regularly between BD team and channel sales to uplift service quality and propose change to keep product/service competitiveness.

 

 

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree or above

-3 or above years' experience in sales or customer service, preferably gained in foreign banks, and have solid network with property developers and property agencies in Shanghai

-Strong customer service orientation, out-going and aggressive personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure

-Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software

-Willingness to work in shifts 举报 分享
