职位描述：
1. 分析宏观经济形势和房地产行业未来走向；
2. 负责搜寻并评估潜在可收购的房地产项目；
3. 为投资项目进行可行性研究， 财务模型的建立和测算；
4. 负责房地产市场数据的收集整理以及报告的撰写；
5. 组织关注项目的前期勘察工作，充分了解第一手情况；
6. 完成公司合理安排的其他工作任务。

1. 房地产，商业，金融，工程等相关专业，本科及以上或同等学历；
2. 1-3年的工作经验，有外资房地产行业工作经验者优先考虑；
3. 具有行业市场调研及财务建模背景的优先考虑；
4. 具有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力及Microsoft Office操作水平。 举报 分享
