Purpose of the Job:
Assisting the IT manager in managing, identifying, analyzing and communicating business process needs, recommending and delivering leading edge technology solutions for business. Services provided to the business process and project which improve the performance. Providing input for prioritizing of projects and allocating resources through applied knowledge of the business requirement, existing investments and new technologies.
Implement, manage and maintain the computer system, software, framework and environment to best support the business.
Description of main tasks:
1.)User Support / Troubleshooting for plant/remote users. (Helpdesk)
2.)PC Hardware/Software Management
3.)User/Server Data Backup Process (Server/Client)
4.)Network Monitoring and troubleshooting (internet line/firewall/vpn/switch/wireless/cable)
5.)Mailing system (Lotus Domino) Management, (Server/Client)
6.)Phone System management (Server/client/cable)
7.)Office Equipment Management (Printers/Fax/Scanner)
8.)Develop systems and applications User guide /Documentation
9.)New / Special /Ad Hoc Project
Job Specifications:
IT engineer help to meet their employer's needs for computer hardware, software and networking tools. work to develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software, and the supporting the comuncation system, user support and the system management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 3 years professional experience in relevant vocation
3. Good collaborative and interpersonal skill.
4. Be able to communicate both in written and verbal English
