Position :
Sales Manager
Direct Superior / Report to:
Business Development Director
Responsibilities
? Set up sales network, promote the sales of all products in China market to achieve the company targets
? Canvass new projects and new customers as well as new markets
? Management and construction on sale's team, define product and area responsibilities within the sales team as well as targets for the sales engineers, support them in fulfilling their jobs
? Be responsible for the sales activities, such as customer visits, product presentation, contract negotiation directly for big projects / key accounts and keep good personal contacts with Key customer and improve continuously
? Budgeting and cost management, including the annual sales targets, budget control of the related cost centres and commission payable to the sales engineers etc.
? Coordinate the cooperate with internal/external departments/units, together with the sales department team in headquarter, plan and organize enterprises to participate in the exhibition when necessary
? Observe the movements of competition and market, report regularly to the top management on the sales and marketing activities
? Be actively involved in and committed to the implementation of all company’s policies in all aspects of the job function.
Requirements:
? University degree or above, engineering background, mechanical preferred
? With existing sales network, have a wide range of personal connections in crane market or wind energy industry, proved track record of sales experience in these fields
? At least 3-5 years Sales Team Management experience
? Proven growing accountability and success for increased sales revenue
? With open mind, self-motivated, flexible and willing to innovate & accept challenges
? Good team spirit and strong leadership
? Strong diplomatic, good communication and coordination skill
? Good English language skills, both spoken and written, working experience in Multi-national company preferred
? Age between 30 to 45 preferred
