职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1、Be an integral part of the International Investment Department’s overseas mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) strategy in targeted market segments that meet the enterprise’s strategic criteria & specific financial/operational metrics.
2、Identify and evaluate (both independently and in collaboration with internal business units), potential target companies for investment, acquisition or strategic partnership & research their development status and establish & maintain a proprietary database/pipeline of target industry.
3、Execute M&A transaction process, including coordination of internal working groups, management of external consultants and advisors, comprehensive financial model generation & analyses, due diligence process, negotiation, legal review & documentation, tax structuring, post-transaction integration activities, etc.
4、Ensure all the regulatory aspects of the acquisition have been considered and properly addressed.
5、Provide senior assistance in managing cross-functional teams for acquisition and divestiture processes including areas of due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), strategic fit, valuation, synergy identification, etc.
6、Assist in preparing analyses/reports and conducting internal & external presentation on market trends, Company’s business expansion opportunities and competitive threats on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
1、Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in private equity, investment banking & corporate development.
2、Bachelor’s degree of above in Finance, Business, Management or a related field with CPA or CFA qualification.
3、Extensive international M&A background with experience in strategic and creative thinking, due diligence, financial modeling, negotiating and closing transactions and post-merger management/integration activities.
4、Extensive experience in new opportunity identification, sizing and tactics, investment allocation and prioritization and general corporate strategy.
5、Superior level financial analytical and modeling skills (expert level Excel and PowerPoint skills).
6、A leader with strategic & positive thinking, organizational skills, attention to detail and decision-making skills.
7、Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
8、Experience working in the metal alloy industry is a plus.
9、Good command of oral and written communication skills in both English & Chinese. 举报 分享
