POSITION: Warehouse & Office Supervisor
职位： 仓库 & 办公室主管
地点：廊坊龙河高新技术产业园区内普洛斯物流园

The Warehouse & office supervisor is responsible for managing the warehouse and its staff at a site different from the company Head Office.
The Warehouse and Office Supervisor operates independently in performing broad-based duties in the warehouse environment that is located outside of the head office site.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Implement the company rules, process and policies so that the site is managed in full sync with the company approach to doing business
Ensure that the company internal procedures are in full compliance with the local rules and regulations
Ensure that the site is run consistently as a best in class logistics operation, a reference in the local logistics market
Provides the employees with a working environment (security, safety & hygiene) that is conducive to consistent peak operating performance.
Maintain a positive relationship with the fire bureau administration bureau, the site management entity (Wuyebu) and all other governmental office dealing with our organization
Run the overall admin tasks that support the remote site

The position requires
Excellent administrative, interpersonal, time management & organizational skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Working knowledge of search engines, Intranet and Internet
 
Core Competencies
Ability to work independently, take initiative and respond to rapidly changing priorities
Ability to multi-task / Strong communication skills / Self-motivated
Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
Customer focused
Good command of oral and written English
Strong ethics with impeccable integrity
