岗位职责:

? Set up new employees personnel files and file in personnel related document to ensure the completeness and accuracy in a timely manner
? Assist with new staff on board process which includes but not limited to labor contract sign-off, HR documents collection, name badges preparation, photograph taking, staff locker assignment, etc.
? Assist with interviews setup
? Process business cards application by liaising with central supply department and the departments/clinics in need
? Prepare monthly birthday gifts and cards, and distribute gifts, and finalize the payment with the vendor
? Maintain office supplies and stationary
? Non contractual document control
? Help with inter-facility business trip, e.g. transportation booking and hotel reservation
? Coordinate with HR Compliance Officer with HR documents compliance according to JCI requirement
? Attendance collection and management for admin staff
? Coordination of licensure exam for foreign physicians as well as clinical interviews
? Responsible for expatriated employees and their family members’ work permit and visa application and renewals
? Create and maintain the work process and flow chart of expatriate employee process up to date
? Liaises with Commercial insurance to process monthly insurance payment, and administers insurance benefit for non-Chinese staff.
? Other office administration duties as assigned

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources or Administration preferred
? Previous 1 year's secretarial or administrative experience preferred
? Good written and oral English
Skills:
? Good at organizing daily work
? Can work independently and take job initiative
? Computer skills: Windows, MS Office, and Internet
? Fast learning skill
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Team spirit
Knowledge:
? Knowledge of administrative work and basic employment related regulations
