POSITION: Material sourcing / Innovation supervisor / Process auditor
LOCATION: Shanghai

Job Description:
The candidate will drive the company innovation process by introducing the usage of new equipment, machines, robots to improve the efficiency and productivity. He/she will assess the needs for new equipment and implement the deployment of new machines. He/she will be in charge of ensuring the maintenance of the company warehouses and equipment.
He/she will audit consistently the company operation processes, ensuring that the operations reach consistent peak performance.
 
 
 
Material sourcing
· Identify equipment needs at project level
· Formulate proposal while providing cost benefit analysis
· Conduct product sourcing survey
· Propose vendor selection to the corporate team
· Run and drive the equipment installation phase
· Run the equipment implementation phase
· Issue the new work processes articulated around the new equipment
· Measure the equipment usage effectiveness
 
Maintenance
· Identify the maintenance needs
· Direct & guide the maintenance team with the implementation of their work
 
Process
· Implement systematic process measurement
· Identify the process shortage or failure
· With the project leaders, issue root cause analysis and deploy corrective action plans
· Implementation of corrective action plans
 
 
Requirements:
· The candidate is in his/her 30ties
· 5 year experience in a similar position (factory, workshop, commercial outlets)
· University graduate (Engineering background)
· Possess great analytical skills and problem solving abilities
· Team players with a service-minded spirit
· Demonstrate strong leadership characteristics
· Able to work under pressure in a multi task environment
· Very articulated, practical, rational, demonstrating full of common sense abilities
· Detail minded, in consistent search of perfection
