职位描述：
The candidate should be an expat speaking both Mandarin & English. Also, rich overall supply chain management experience in a major manufacturer is required.

Responsibilities
Report to COO, and oversees supply chain development in the business.
Aligning with corporate goals, including the evaluation and recommendations for scorecard targets, KPI's and significant capital expenditures.
Focus on strategically leads and executes key Supply Chain functions including replenishment & inventory planning, strategic dynamic sourcing and inbound network optimization.
Lead and implement forecasting, lead-time reduction, on time delivery improvements, consignment concepts etc.
Develop effective department structure, staffing and workflow to ensure the department organization aligns with corporate organizational structure.
Manage proposal quoting, cost analysis, reports, budgets, supply utilization analysis and capital expenditure management as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply chain management, MBA is a plus
At least 15 years or above supply chain experience working in big manufacturing industry; able to work in a global network and lead local team members.
Hands on manager able to train and mentor the team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
