Key Accountabilities

1. Service existing account(s)
Maintain relationships and monitor business
Monitor Customer service levels
Help and solve the problems/issues the sales engineers are facing
Oversee the provision of customer relations

2. Develop new relationships with customer(s) by
Identify accounts and research their current business
Develop relationship with decision makers and key influencers
Promote company's product catalog and franchised products
Work out customer proposal for Single Sourcing solutions

3. Gives technical assistance and provides support on customer site

4. Receives RFQ from customer and quotes prices for orders obtained.

5. Ensure date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of delivery schedules.

6. Fulfils training requirements.

7. Maintain industry, market and product knowledge.

8. Coaching Junior Staff

Active Reporting behavior
Basic English communication skills
Confident personality

Knowledge
Good understanding of the Automotive Industry and Logistics needs.
Good understanding of other manufacturing industries.

Product Knowledge
Good understanding of Vendors and products used within the industry.

Experience / Background
University Degree in Engineering, Business, or related; two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
