职位描述：
Job Title: Regional Medical Advisor

Main Tasks:
· Gave proper regional medical and marketing management according to the characteristic of Local region.
· Acquire and maintain highest standard of current diabetes knowledge and practice;
· Develop external and internal educational material in local region, incl. Slide kits, CME programs,etc;
· Professionally represent the company as the diabetes expert in all relevant activities,
· Provide current scientific knowledge to local sales RPs and regional marketing colleagues;
· Provide innovative support to the sales colleagues to ensure collaboration and concise communication;
· Timely communicate with HQ's medical support colleagues;
· Regional medical project management;
· Regional KOLs management (visit, communication, IIS, et al);
· As communication and operation channel of central marketing. Reassure the medical & marketing activities operate correctly in local region;

Education and Experience Requirements of the Position:
· Master degree or above from the Medical University;
· At least 2 yrs working experience on medicine, pharmacy or pharmaceutical industries, TA of Endocrinology is preferred;
· Fluent in English (both oral and writing);
