职位描述：
主要工作Main missions:
1 To be the plant maintenance expert in technical issues.
2 Establish good relations with our suppliers of equipment.
3 Coordinate common technical issues between different suppliers.
4 Personally work to educate yourself in new techniques areas and to get the specific knowledge of our installed equipment.
5 To be responsible for the analysis of the maintenance competence coverage.
6 Plan and arrangement of training for maintenance personal to cover the needs.
7 Be responsible for programming tools and secure of software backups.
8 Optimizing of equipment to increase the uptime.
9 Project planning and implementations of new equipment.
10 Ensure that technical documentation is present, updated and archived.
11 Secure that maintenance concern is taken in planning and purchasing of new processes.
e.g. high grade of process robustness/ reliability, easy to service, easy to rebalance/ modify, low grade of needed spare parts, safety to service etc.
12 Get involved in the installation and startup of new equipment.

任职资格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
Basic Requirements：
-You have skills and experience in production control systems and automation. Accustomed to working with constant changes and optimization of production equipment.
-You manage time-pressured situations by being well prepared with knowledge and proactive approach.
-We appreciates a broad range of skills that gives you the ability to manage production equipment functions.
 
We expect you to have:
- Many years of automation experience. Mechanical, electrical and control.
- Experience with PLC systems and programming.
- Knowledge of robot control.
- knowledge about paint processes.
- Worked with communications in the production environment via field buses and networks.
- Computer skills with an understanding of hardware, operating systems and applications.
- Experience of database systems and operational monitoring systems.
- Good computer skills in general including MS Office, Excel,
- Have very good written and spoken English skills,
- Driving License
