In Y2012, Ralph Lauren will open new flagship stores in the 1st-class CBD areas of Shanghai, Xi’an, Shenyang, Beijing, Wuxi, Suzhou, Tianjin and Chengdu. The flagship stores will probably include watch, fine jewelry, menswear, women wear and children wear, with premium product lines.

2012年，Ralph Lauren 将在上海、西安、沈阳、北京、无锡、苏州、天津和成都的一级中央商圈开设精品店。精品店将引入Ralph Lauren高端产品线，其中包括手表、珠宝、男装、女装和童装等。

Key Responsibilities主要职责

- Work with the team to achieve sales target.

与团队合作达成销售目标。

- Promote the brand and be the brand ambassador.

作为品牌大使，提升品牌形象。

- Maintain good relationship with the client.

维护良好的客户关系。

- Arrange store staffs’ working hours and productivity.

安排店铺员工的工作时间和任务。

- Support store manager to manage the store to fulfill the sales target & promote the brand.

辅助店长管理店铺，以完成销售目标及品牌推广。

- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

完成其它被分配的工作。

Requirements要求

- College Degree or above; English is a plus.

大专以上学历；英语流利者优先。

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury retail industry.

2年以上奢侈品零售行业销售经验。

- Excellent in interpersonal and customer service skills.

良好的沟通技巧及顾客服务意识。

- With high sense of responsibility and store management skills.

具备高度的责任心和一定的店铺管理经验。

- Pleasant and outgoing personality; willing to learn and grow with the company.
