职位描述：
工作职责assignment:
1、联系办理员工入职、离职事宜
Responsible for the check in and resignation of employees
2、负责外国人签证延期及入境邀请函签发，办理就业证及延期
Help to extend visa and prepare invitation letter ,apply and extend the employment permit for foreigners
3、联系翻译事宜
Contacting of translation business
4、为员工/客户办理居留许可及延期以及出国派遣函签发。
Help to apply and extend the residence permit and dispatch letter for employees/customers
5、部门内部一些报表的更新
Updated some reports for internal department
6、 公司基本设施维护管理
Management and maintenance of the company building facility
7、负责飞机票的预订、统计
Booking and Statistics of air-plane tickets
8、酒店预订及协议酒店合同管理
Booking the hotel and manage the hotel contract
9、负责名片制作
Prepare the Business card
10、其它由部门主管安排的工作
Other task as assigned by Department Supervisor

专业素质要求：Special qualification
1、大专学历以上，具有2年以上的人事和行政相关工作经验
College degree holder, with more than two years of work experience related HR&admin.
2、较好的沟通能力
Good at communication
3、电脑操作熟练，熟练操作办公软件
Good at computer operating, familiar with office software
4、较好的英语书面、口语表达能力
Good at both spoken and written English.
5、具有较强的团队合作精神
