职位描述:
? Ensure all Standard Operating Procedure and Local Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to and carried out.
? Knowing all duties and responsibilities of daily operation; support front desk associate efficiently whenever required.
? Being professional with daily office operation and offer manning support to other related section or department when required.
? Ensure all working public areas are cleaned and tidy at any time. (Includes both lobby level.)
? Ensure office’s properties, department’s equipment is handled with care by all associates and used according to proper procedures at all times.
? Daily lobby visibility and communicate with guest, collect feedback and create relationships.
? Knowing how to handle emergency procedure.
? Handling of guests’ request and complains; taking ownership of guests’ feedback. Correspond with guest and handle the complaint if possible.
? Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.

- Communicate internationally with organizations and teams on all events related stuffs
- Initiate communications with foreign federations
- Closely follow up with federations and teams to confirm the opponents
- Manage the implementation of activities schedule and other events by focusing on supporting to different teams
- Preparation and implementation of activities schedule and other events agenda
- Serve the need of different teams during the respective events
- Carry out other additional duties as instructed by the direct superior

REQUIREMENTS
? College graduate or its education equivalent preferred.
? 5 years’ facilities management experience or hotel management experience.
? Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills.

COMPETENCIES ESSENTIAL
? Personable and assertive.
? Excellent in written and verbal communication.
? Should be well versed in local city history, restaurant, places of interest, shopping areas, transportations, theatres, etc. for better guest service.
? Must be thoroughly familiar with office procedures and policy involving guest service.
