职位描述：
Requirements:
? Engineering Graduate in CSA or MEP
? At least 15 years field experienced in Electronic/Life Science/Chemical industry, with 4 years of experience performing the role as a senior/lead field engineer
? Familiar with construction activities on site
? Motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Leadership ability and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
? Implement the supervision of EHS activities for all work carried out on site. Follow up the EHS status weekly during the project duration and report to project manager. Stop and correct un-safe activities for any work on site.
? Ensure that the quality program such as ITP, material incoming inspection, compliance with approved submittal, sample and mock up for the work on site are being performed correctly while maintaining the required Quality in accordance with the project documents. Inspection records are being properly filled, signed and filed.
? Organize and lead the Daily Construction Coordination Meeting.
? Reviews look ahead schedule with field engineers to ensure that work contractors are planning the work in the right sequence and direction.
? Plan, monitor and control the overall construction schedule to ensure that the installation work is progressing as per overall schedule.
? Ensure that the method statements and risk assessments are being checked. Ensure that the work contractors are following the approved method statement.
