职位描述：
了解用户焊接测试要求， 并和用户交流测试方案。
Communicate with customer for welding test requirements, and discuss test solutions with customer
完成焊接测试，并形成、反馈及更新专业的焊接测试报告。
Finish welding test and create, feedback and update professional test report;
与德国应用部门进行测试项目的沟通和交流
Co-ordinate with Germany application team for test projects
向客户展示焊接实验室，并做相关培训工作
Show laser lab to customers and provide training
激光焊接项目的支持
Laser welding projects support
部门经理交待的其它事情
Other department engineering task

专业素质要求：Special qualification
1. 焊接专业优先
Welding major is an advantage
2. 激光和材料研究院、大学研究室和同行业实验室优先考虑
Give priority to laser and material research insitute, universities laser lab, same industrial laser lab
3. 英语听说能力良好
A good command of the English language written and spoken is required
4. 良好的沟通技巧以及团队协作精神。
