职位描述：
1. Achieve budget and business plan for cosmetic through cooperating with the currently customer in China
2. Achieve budget and business plan for cosmetic through developing the new customers in China
3. Develop and implement China marketing strategy by identifying market needs and trends, adjust it when appropriate
4. Set up China sales plan by customer needs.
5. Lead Global Key account team to achieve projects.
6. Build Global/local customer relationship by regular customer visits. Provide all necessary documentation for customers and coordinate everything with internal parties involved.
7. Price negotiation with customers and distributors.
8. Promote COS products to customers by giving basic technical advice and create customer projects by collaborating with BD APAC
9. Supply chain optimization including distributor/facilitator management
10. Handle customer complaints with Global production team.
11. Develop key customer strategy and projects including global key accounts with APAC BD.
12. Support BD APAC for the preparation of the major fairs like PCHI and conduct Market research and identify chances in China for newly developed products and concepts. 举报 分享
