Responsible for NPI Engineering Product Design & Development Engineering product function job
Responsibility
Primary Responsibility
1)Leading all Product Development Engineers to work effectively and accurately
2)Part and Product Design Lead for NPI Engineer team
3)Tolerance Stack Up Analysis for Failure Analysis on part and product.
Secondary Responsibility
1)Motivate and develop subordinates to design and develop part and product design capability.
2)Coordinate with relevant function to resolve on engineering, materials and human resources matter
3)Establish on-going training program for product engineers
4)Drive continuous improvement programs and 5S
5)Main driver for recruiting technically competent engineers in the highly technical based environment
Job Requirements
Education Qualification
1)University/College graduate or above in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge & Skills
1)Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2)Excellent interpersonal skills with all departments/units
3)3D Software knowledge and expertise - Pro/e, Auto cad
Personal Attributes
1)Strong management skills
2)Ability to conduct workshops to improve staff technical and leadership skills
3)Preferable related mechanical engineering experience
4)Highly knowledgeable in high volume production and highly automated manufacturing environment
5)Individual should possess and continue to develop most of the following success qualities: enthusiasm; self-confidence; persistence; goal-oriented; initiative; self-discipline; etc
