JOB CONTENT:
？ Meet or exceed program and web sales objectives set by management.
？ Establish and maintain relationships at al levels within the web partners (purchasing, sales, operation, and senior management)
？ Strategize with management and establish detailed account plans including action plans to achieve sales targets.
？ Review and work daily sales opportunities to ensure closure.
？ Establish priorities and action plans with Web CS team to pursue and book lost business at next quote.
Review market information and work with various contacts to identify and develop both new and emerging web partners.
？ Develop a clear understanding of customer business: products, services and organization
？ Present Future web offers to the existing and potential partners to ensure they fully understand the benefits in working with Future and to get their commitment in efforts of growing web business with Future
？ Consistently follow-up on all bidding RFQs.
？ Negotiate and close business with customer.
？ Propose creative ideas in terms of the joint-campaigns and activities
？ Communicate on an on-going basis with Web CS team to ensure Customer Profile and all activities information is updated.
？ Work with the assigned Future Sales resources in different branches, if any, to closely follow up the business opportunities and close the deal.
？ Regularly tracking and review the account portfolio to ensure investment of time and efforts into the right partners with potential to grow.
？ Conduct web trainings and web communications to the local branch team as per management’s requirements in order to raise the eCommerce awareness among Future customer facing team and to transfer the web knowledge.
RECOMMENDED CREDENTIALS:
QUALIFICATIONS
？ Diploma in sales related subjects
EXPERIENCES
At least 5 years of experience in sales in China local B2B eCommerce company, preferable in electronics industry
COMPETENCIE
？ Result-oriented; Computer skills; Interpersonal skills; Negotiation abilities; Product knowledge; Team Player
？ Able to work under pressure and with frequent travel
