About the Organisation:
This company is a global leader in financial services technology.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assure the highest level of quality customer service nationwide. This will require working with Cross Functional Teams to meet customer service levels
? Develop a partnership relationship with key accounts in large banks, Gold trading members and exchange and clearing house
? Assure the accurate and timely development monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast and plans. Plans are to be developed with a cross-functional approach and consideration of other functional areas. Will assure that sales plans will be supportive of the attainment of corporate goals and objectives
? Provide marketing with real time market intelligence and assist in spotting future trends
? Provide support to product and solution team to allow them to accurately assess the market, our sales capabilities and in the development of new and future products
? Research, develop and implement a national accounts plan, procedures, policies, and implementation teams to successfully assess and enter the emerging super/hyper markets
? Accountable for the negotiation of and implementation of contracts in the commercial banks and Exchange house
? Accountable for the development and attainment of corporate annual sales and sales and operational budget and the development, completion, and attainment of budgets
? Assure a continued and updated training process is developed, implement, and maintained for all sales personnel and appropriate support staff
? Other duties as directed
? Leader of the Sales Force process team leader with responsibilities:
o Set clear goals and hold team accountable
o Lead team in carrying out its objectives
o Ensure that each project team member understands the Sales Process and his/her individual role in it
o Schedule appropriate review meetings, reporting progress and problems regularly to management
o Empower individual team members to contribute as full members representing a functional group
o Maintain the program schedule and take action to prevent delays
o Drive Sales measurements
o Work with the appropriate functional leader to address personnel issues as needed (e.g., dysfunctional team behavior, ability to maintain project forms, development of required skills)
o Resolve technical issues and functional barriers
o Select Sales Team members
o Assure the appropriate commitment of the employees’ time among the various Sales Teams (and other tasks) he/she might be assigned to
Key Requirements:
? Master degree or higher, business major
? Over 10 years of senior level experience, preferably in China
? Fluency in China and English
? Availability for travel is required
? Prior experience in managing sales in a IT Software and Services business in BFSI
? Demonstrated ability to lead a Corporate Sales Team and to deliver ‘high level’ advice and guidance support to a complex and diverse organization
? Demonstrates high degree of credibility at the Corporate level, as supported by:
o Executive level, with significant career accomplishments. Sales management focused assignments is preferred. Alternatively: a highly intelligent, high achieving individual with 10+ years relevant general management experience
o Strong understanding of sales methodologies and tools; personal involvement in Gold Business Software or related projects with meaningful personal accomplishments
o Portrays a positive, can-do, winning personality and attitude
o Ability to create confidence, to communicate clearly, goal and team oriented self-starter
o Leadership to effectuate change, provide structure, give direction and delegation of responsibility, and achieve goals
o Exceptional people skills, demonstrating intelligence, common sense judgment, strategic thinking, analysis, and risk management
o A passion for winning and getting results
