职位描述：
1. Purpose of the job
- In supervisor of the 8D management
- Responsible to implement the work preparation of the processes that have been assigned to him and to execute smaller projects within the field.
- These projects concern essentially the optimisation of the process / area
- Within this scope he gives technical support to the shop floor

2. Major accountabilities
- Make sure the product supplied meet customer requirement.
- Manage 8D activities as a coordinator and administrator.
- 8D expertise as trainer and instructor for performance improvement
- Focusing on all quality topics with Internal/External customers
- Work with BU Quality to be prepared for customer quality improvement
- Prepare and host customer audits and follow up all necessary correct actions
- Contribute to commercial contract with customer in Quality Agreement discussion
- 0km customer complaint handling process owner in continually improving the performance
- Coordinate with the Quality Manager in weekly and monthly reporting documents

3. Key Performance Indicators
- Must be a self-starter as well as a team player.
- Initiative is a must, great passion for team work and customer focus.
- Sensitive about the Share/ Show/ Secret information to external.
- Training, knowledge and expertise with customer service.

4. Behavioural Competencies & Skills
- Bachelor's degree required in mechanical field.
- At least 8 years experience, with 5 years Quality & Service experience in industry business.

5. Technical Competencies & Skills
- Familiar with 8D and Trouble Shooting tools.
- Familiar with Service system.
- Fluent English and Mandarin in speaking and writing. 举报 分享
