职位描述：
Department / Functional Area: Managed Security Services (MSS)/ Governance and Compliance

Position Objective
Ensure the quality of the delivery of process sub-teams. Record all the review evidence and prepare related report. Define and fine tune the QA procedure. Review the updated of SA manual and procedures. Assist to improve the effective and efficiency of the process. Analyze the requirement of compliance and audit and work out the solution, and then assist to implement the solution.
Minimum Job Requirements:
? Education - University graduated in Computer Science or equivalent.
? Experience - 3 ~ 8 years of related working experience.
? Special skills - Good command of English
o Good command of English
o Good understanding in Information Security Risk, ITIL or CISA certification is a plus
o Experience in security operation on multiple platforms, be familiar with the operation and tools of Information Security
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Perform quality checking to the regular security request or review process according to the defined procedures and checklist.
? Record all the review evidence and prepare related report.
? Define and fine tune the QA related procedures.
? Review the updated of SA manual and procedures.
? Share the learning from incident and assist to training up security administration staff.
? Review & validate the monthly management report.
? Participate in root cause analysis to determine improvement opportunities when failures occur
? Other related assignments as instructed.
? Strictly follow AIA standards and internal procedures/guidelines in daily operation.
