PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 設立品牌底廠與化工團隊經驗併熟悉品牌化工稽核相關事宜(整廠輸出能力)
Established brand bottom plant and the chemical team experience and familiar brand chemical audit. (Whole plant output capacity)
2. 材料供應商(IP/EVA/RB/PU/TPU/TPR、膠、藥水廠商)評估與底部化學原料聚合及應用
Material suppliers’ assessment (IP/EVA/RB/PU/TPU/TPR adhesives, coatings, chemical resins and special chemical products) and Polymerization and Application of Bottom Chemical Raw Materials.
3. 化工廠生產設備廠商評估與設備生產條件設定
Bottom equipment vendor evaluation and setting production conditions.
4. IP/EVA/RB/PU/TPU/TPR等開發到量產之各項工作與確認BPFC
Developed IP/EVA/RB/PU/TPU/TPR to mass production and confirm BPFC.
5. 化工配方調整與試作，分析與建立原物料配方與成品的穩定性關係
Bottom Chemical formula adjustment and sample test, analyze and establish the relationship between the stability of raw material formula and finished product.
6. 與供應商合作研發更有競爭力的原料配方
R & D collaboration with suppliers of raw materials more competitive formula.
7. 配合自動化生產設定新配方標準與製程確認
Set up new formula and process confirmation for automated production.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 运动及功能性鞋类 化工廠十年以上工作經驗
sports and performance shoes chemical factory more than 10 years work experience.
2. 可以長期駐外（巴西，美洲、歐洲、亞洲）
Can be a long-term presence. （Brazil，Americas, Europe, Asia）
3. 英語或西班牙语溝通流利
Fluent in English or Spanish.
