本职位接受应届毕业生，一经录用，签订正规劳动合同，按国家规定缴纳五险一金。上班地点近1号线上海马戏城站。
1. Brief Description
This position is designed to support regional trade daily business management, within Shanghai and North China area, company directions, corporate policies, so as to exceed outlined sales targets and objectives.
This is to be done with daily coordination with other functions such as Operations and Customer Service, communication with necessary local and overseas colleagues, sales leads & FOB nomination cargo follow-up, taking care of FOB account’s local request. . Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.
2. Key Result Areas
- Assist Trade/Sales Manager to manage territory and coordinate with the sales team
- Provide efficient sales leads feedback, approach local shippers and secure cargo
- Small account follow up
3. Key Accountabilities/Duties
A. Account follow up
- RRR raise
- Space checking and confirmation
- Account lifting follow up
- Customer profile
- Joint call with sales
B. Coordinator within the NC region
- NC option roll selection
- Space and booking monitor
- Short fall monitor
- Allocation assignment
C. Assistant to sales team
- Answer customers' inquiry
- Take messages and follow up
- Handle customers' urgent request
D. Reporting function
E. Daily booking report
F. Performance report
G. Management report
H. Adhoc report
I. Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors/managers
4. Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 1-2 years working experience, good fresh graduates are acceptable
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Efficiency, Commitment to task
- Problem solving skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Self-discipline
- Related industry knowledge and working experience is preferred
