协助机场经理管理和控制工作流程

Detailed Responsibilities:

Export 出口

Assist Airport Manager to supervise and manage Airport Operation and Airport Warehouse staff during daily work, focus on quick trouble shooting

在日常工作中协助机场经理管理机场操作和仓库操作人员，致力于快速解决问题

Train and educate airport staff with proper knowledge of airfreight industry

以正确的空运行业常识训练和培养员工

Ensure that DSV is in compliance with as well local rules and regulations as international, and all airport staff follow up with regulations issued by DSV

确保DSV遵守国际及当地法律规则，机场人员遵守公司的规章制度

Ensure airport staff to make pouches as per the requirement, and deliver export docs and pouches within the specified time according to the Cargo List provided by downtown office every day

根据总部同事每天提供的货物交接单，确保机场人员按照要求制作随机文件，并在指定时间内派送报关资料及随机文件

Ensure that the airport staff to provide customers the good service, such as: to reweigh the goods dimension and weight, change the outer-packing, change shipping mark, split goods; to assist customers inspect goods in the warehouse, etc

确保机场人员提供给客户良好的服务，如: 需要重新称量体积和重量、更换包装、更换箱唛、拆分货物；协助客户在仓库验货等

Monitor the status of the abnormal goods and special goods, such as: arrange warehouse staff to take pictures of the goods if damage, deformation, damp; monitor the quality of GOH container; follow up the handling process of dangerous goods, etc

对于异常货物，特殊货物的监控，如：对货物破损、变形、受潮需安排仓库操作人员及时拍照；监控挂衣箱的质量；跟进危险品的操作等

Monitor and manage warehouse situation：ensure discharge the goods smoothly, no damage when unloading process; ensure strictly implement the SOP of pasting Hawb label, and the accuracy rate reach 100%

管理、监控仓库情况，确保卸货过程通畅，货物卸货时不破损；确保分单标签的粘贴按照规定严格执行,并且准确率达到100%

For BSA cargo, monitor and ensure the quality of building up pallet made by agents, avoid goods damaged during the process

对于包板货物，监控并确保代理打板的质量，避免货物在此过程中破损

Ensure that the airport staff to file the pre-recorded customs sheet in time; make sure they fax it to client if required

确保机场人员及时归档整理报关预录单；如遇客人催讨，确保机场人员将预录单及时传真给客人

According to the instruction from client/downtown operation, arrange the courier for arrival documents and customs declaration sheet delivery.

依据每天货物到港情况，确保机场操作人员按客户操作要求安排递送到货文件和报关文件。

Ensure timely delivery arrangement after customs released, and tracking the goods reach the customer timely and safety, file the POD sheet.

确保机场操作人员能及时派送进口清关完毕的货物，并跟踪货物安全及时送抵客户处，保存货物签收单。

On site solve customs clearance issue during the process of the special conditions, such as customs inspection site explanation

现场解决报关报检过程中发生的特殊情况，如到报关现场解释说明。

Coordinate special issue between ground agency, terminal, airlines, Customs, including missing documents, pick up goods, and other special problems.

现场协调解决代理，货栈，航空公司，海关之间的，关于文件，接/提货，仓单等特殊问题。

Qualifications:

Familiar with international forwarding exp & imp business procedure; Good PC skill and MS office application; excellent oral & written English; strong communication skills;

熟悉国际货运进出口业务流程；良好的计算机技能，熟悉办公自动化；良好的英语口头及书面表达能力；有较强的沟通能力

College or above

大专及以上学历

Above 6 years work experiences in industry with air export and import, the background for global forwarder will be preferable

6年以上机场空运进出口工作经验,有全球货代工作经验者优先

Having the conscientious attitude, high sense of responsibility at working and teamwork spirit; keep work with passion under high pressure; Strong working independence

工作态度认真，具备高度的责任感及团队合作精神；能在高压下保持工作激情；有较强的工作独立性
