Design Coordination on site (supplementary or in lieu of a Design Coordinator)
现场设计协调工作（替代设计协调员或做相关补充工作）
Set up a list of design requirements, drawing and detailed drawings list, in compliance to the Client’s Design Intent by considering economical and technical key datas, intended products and potential savings.
建立设计要求清单、图纸和详图清单，通过考虑经济和技术的关键参数、预期产品和潜在节省开支来符合客户的设计意图。
Observe the implementation of the stipulated design intent, direct the Local Design Institute (Detailed Design) and the Contractors / Suppliers (Workshop Design) to obey the design intent.
观察规定设计意图的执行情况，指导当地设计院（详细设计）和承包商/供应商（车间设计）遵照设计意图。
Check design content for plausibility (i.e. reinforcement content, dimension of structure) find out design inconsistencies and missing design details, if more information needed notify superiors to clarify with Client.
检查设计内容的合理性（即加固内容，结构尺寸）找出设计不一致与设计细节缺失部分，如果需要更多信息，通知上级向客户阐明。
Tendering Works for Subcontracting or Material Purchase 分包商或材料采购的招标
Prepare Reference Bill of Quantities, Drawing lists and Technical Specifications, Room Books and Finishing Schedules, Door lists.
准备参考工程量清单，图纸目录和技术规范，房间表和完工时间表，门户表。
Organise and guide technical clarifications during the tendering phase, document and file objective Analytical Price Evaluation as a basis of the Final Contract Negotiation Meeting under the supervision of the CM / PM.
在施工经理/项目经理的监督下，于招标阶段安排指导技术说明，并提供文件，提出客观分析价格评估，作为最终的合同谈判会议的依据。
Site Supervision (Quality, Safety, Progress) 现场管理（质量、安全、进度）
Attend daily site meetings, discuss coordination problems and daily schedule pro-actively, point out critical issues, propose solutions for interface problems
出席每日工地会例会，预先商讨日程表与协调问题，提出关键问题，为工作界面问题提出解决方案。
Obtain daily reports, authority related construction documents from the Contractors / Suppliers
从承包商/供应商处获取每日报告及主管部门相关施工文件。
Observe quality and trigger corrective actions in case of non-compliance by the provided forms proactively, initiate / follow up / close out Quality Non Conformances
查看质量并采取纠正措施，通过提供的表格预先防止不一致，开展/跟进/结束质量非一致性检查。
Observe time schedule and follow up details, such as delivery of materials, manpower assignment, discuss with the Contractors and report to CM / PM
查看时间表并跟进细节，例如材料的运送、人力配备，与承包商商讨并报告给施工经理/项目经理。
Compile defective and outstanding works list prior to substantial completion of the project, follow up and close out
在项目大致竣工前，编辑有缺陷及未完成工作的清单，跟进并完成。
Compile operation manuals, authority documents and submit to the responsible team member
编辑操作手册、主管部门文件，并提交给负责此项的团队成员。

Requirement要求：
Civil Engineer; Bachelor or Master Degree
土木工程师；学士或硕士学位
Project Manager, Safety Manager, Quality Manager,Document Controller Licenses appreciated, but not required.
最好曾任项目经理，安全经理，质量经理，有文控执照，但非必须
Fluent Chinese, Fluent English both oral and written
流利的中英文口语及书面表达
