DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work as customer's eyes and ears in the factory and drive for customer's satisfaction

Job description:
* Responsible for daily order administration
* Support Sales team to develop new customers and maintain business
* To handle customer's enquires and complaints
* To interface deeply with Operation's team for win-win solution for customer and the company
* Follow up on production and shipment status to ensure on time delivery
* Customer relationship management

Job requirements:
* Associate's degree or above
* Good command of English
* EMS or PCB related experience is preferred
* More than 2 years working experience
