Job Description：
*Operates and manages the local financial accounting following instructions from both the Finance controller and the Group Controlling of the Swiss parent company, being supported by local accounting staff.
*Ensures the company’s compliance with all legal accounting and tax requirements stipulated by the local authorities as well as with the Group’s financial reporting guidelines.
*Is responsible for the preparation of the monthly financial statements (incl. financial planning) as well as the quarterly consolidation package for the attention of the Swiss parent company.
*Ensures that the Swiss parent company is duly provided with all required and requested financial information, in particular the one that is due on a monthly and quarterly basis.
*Prepares the annual budget and quarterly financial forecasts (estimates) in coordination and cooperation with all relevant departments of the company.
*Develops and maintains the Internal Controlling System according to the formal requirements established by the Swiss parent company.
*Ensures the accurate confirmation and disclosure of all intercompany transactions (i.e. transactions with any other company of the Komax Group).
*Performs internal reviews and audits with other Chinese subsidiaries of Komax Holding AG and executes monitoring and controlling tasks in connection with these subsidiaries.
*Is the first contact person for the Group Controlling of the Swiss parent company.
*Ensures the substitution of the Finance controller of the company during his time of absence.
*Is responsible for the setup, development and maintenance of a cost accounting system in order to ensure accurate product calculations.
*Prepares the relevant documentation for the annual interim and year end audit of the financial statements in coordination with the company’s statutory auditors.
*Participates the annual Finance meeting held at the headquarters in Switzerland.
*Participates the regularly held meeting of Komax Shanghai’s local management.
Education
*Has a degree in Accounting and Finance (CPA or equivalent education).
*Has a basic understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and is aware of the variety of transactions which accompany an international business environment.

Work experience
*Has working experience in financial accounting (cost accounting is an advantage), preferably in a manufacturing environment.
*Has high moral and professional behavior at all times befitting Komax Group and the local company.
*Possesses excellent organizational skills.
Expertise and methodology
(Business knowledge, languages, MS-Office, etc.)
*Has excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
*Has excellent English skills both verbal and written.
*Is provided with the power that is necessary to accomplish all the duties which go along with his position.
*Has the authorization to request any information from members of the management and/or staff that is necessary to assess the financial status of the company and to take possible actions.
*Is entitled to initiate any measures which are required to cut down costs in case of budget overrun.
*Is authorized to implement actions within the scope and as a result of internal audits performed at Chinese subsidiaries of the Swiss parent company.
