Responsibilities
Payroll
? Coordinate with payroll vendor to delivers quality payroll service, including sales commission, payroll calculation, payroll reports, government benefit contribution, individual tax filing, monthly reports etc. Monitor and report vendor performance on regular basis
? Monitor the whole payroll cycle from staff in & out to the end of monthly payroll cycle
? Daily Benefits administration (government mandatory benefits, company provided supplementary benefits – commercial insurance, annual leave, staff purchase, etc.)
? Support on labour cost budget, forecast and actual cost tracking
C&B operation & process management:
? Support C&B manager for C&B policies maintain and documentation
? Responsible for process improvement center (work as a crucial role in continuous process improvement and standardization of HR process)
? OT & annual leave management of store and office (if we have attendance project run in 2017, this would be engaged with a project management and under Operation center)
? Government, labor bureau relation management, Tax bureau ( Time to time prepare documents , pay visits to relate government for audit )
ER Related:
? Daily support HRBPs on employee relationship matters related to C&B areas (policy, pay and benefits)
? Orientation support to new joiners
System Maintenance / Filing
? HRIS management center (work as master user for SAP to ensuring data accuracy and dynamic, e.g system maintenance of in & out, PPOME maintain, report generation to support frequent and ad hoc requests from frontline or HR internally, participate in change management efforts when HR system need to be configured etc.)
? Monitor employee database;
? Responsible for SAP data and reports issue
? Responsible for the projects related with SAP
Others
? Any other duties as may assigned from time to time;
Qualifications
? Education: University degree or above
? Experience: 6 years of HR experience preferred, especially on payroll part
? Special Knowledge: Basic understanding on HR Admin process/ procedure, strong excel, good English writing/ reading proficiency.
? HR working experience in multinational companies is preferable
? Competencies:
- Quick learner;
- Good at Planning, priority setting, organized;
- Detailed and responsible;
- Good data analytical skill
- Effective Communication skill
- Good team player
