3） Expenditures

a) Operating Cost Budgets

b) Capital Equipment

4）Ensures proper management of business needs and develops hourly manpower plans to support current and future production levels by interfacing with Materials Planning and Customer Service functions to maintain established lead-times and delivery schedules at the lowest possible cost；

5）Reports on the overall status of manufacturing operations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Reports to management team through monthly KPI’s, quarterly reports and as required on a need to know basis.

Qualification Guidelines / 资质要求

Minimum Education Requirements / 最低学历要求：

At least bachelor degree of machinery or material specialty

Minimum Experience Requirements / 最低经验要求：

More than 10 years working experiences and at least 5 years management experiences in related field of MNC

Essential Skills / 必备技能：

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement tools;

Good organizational skills, able to attract/select high talent people;

Good command both in written and spoken English.
