Job Responsibilities:
? Shared responsibilities across different Stefanini projects
? Coaching & motivating team members to deliver expected results
? Active monitoring of teams performance
? Identifying and addressing inefficiencies in teams practices
? Defining and managing roles & responsibilities within managed teams
? Controlling schedule and time adherence within managed teams
? Performing mid-yearly and yearly review including setting goals for next period
? Building relationship with Customer Services Managers, IS Managers and other IS counterparts to ensure continuous services improvement
? Identifying potential shift-left opportunities for supported organizations.
? Monitoring quality of service delivered by teams
? Addressing customer & end user complaints in a professional and quick manner
Job Requirements:
? Above 2 years team management experience in IT Servicedesk.
? Fluency Japanese in both speaking and writing
? Good English skills
? Deep knowledge of Service Management process (preferably ITIL foundations certified)
? Ability to focus oneself and others on achieving specific outcomes
? Ability to work ethically according to professional & company values
? Excellent work routine, planning & organizational skills
? High interpersonal & communication skills
? Able to accept night shift
