Responsibilities
- Manage and organize sales and resources according to local client needs, as per China sales strategy and customer segmentation guidelines.
- Responsible for the personal sales activities, manage the sales related execution to ensure the self performance meets and exceeds KPI’s.
- Streamline market research and feedback with suggestions to indoor sales team and sales management.
- Identify opportunities in the area and upgrade potential Key Clients to Key Client with KAM.
- Collaborate with the sales managers in other offices / regions to ensure best practices are shared and cross-office business requirements are covered in the optimal way.
- Stick to the guideline from the company on competition law.
- Effectively handle client interactions, includes but not limited to leads generation, site demo, proposal submission, presentations & introductions, etc.
- Timely CRM update and any other ad-hoc reporting requirements from the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interact with other function teams to improve team synergy.
- Ensure engagement and involvement of Marketing in bid design.
- Pricing policies in bid design drive sales and maximize profits.
- To ensure all new business propositions have unit overhead allocations that are commercially and operationally viable.
Requirements
- Strong B2B sales experience with proven record.
- Experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and negotiation skills.
- "can-do"attitude and high energy level.
- Basic P/L knowledge.
- Mature, passionate and self-motivated.
- College degree and / or above.
- 5 year + sales experience, Retail and facilities management and out sourcing industry experience.
- Fluent written & oral English.
