1. 接听客户有关机器故障的咨询电话，并按流程在电话中给予建议、指导。
2. 接听客户有关质量投诉保修电话，按流程向客户解释报修流程，告知维修状态。
3. 拨打电话给报修资料不完整的客户，解释报修流程索要补充资料。
4. 推广活动样机进出库检查管理和发货。

岗位要求：
1. 有外资公司相关工作经验尤佳；
2. 熟练使用办公软件；
3. 大专学历以上，英语听说读写熟练；
