投资建立在中国天津的现代化工厂凯诺斯(中国）铝酸盐技术有限公司，于2001年初正式投产，是一个拥有世界先进技术和设备的工厂。主导产品铝酸盐水泥(矿物结合剂)SECAR71，用于高性能不定型耐火材料的制造，服务于钢铁，石化和建材等行业的高温窑炉。不仅提供中国市场还销往亚洲市场。公司采用先进的技术并遵守严格的国际环境和安全标准，并于2003年5月获得ISO9001质量管理体系认证；于2004年3月获得OHSAS18000职业健康安全管理体系认证；于2006年5月获得ISO14000环境管理体系认证。

 凯诺斯亚洲研发中心（KRCA）位于凯诺斯（中国）铝酸盐技术公司泰达工厂内，它是凯诺斯全球研发网络的一部分，与凯诺斯研发中心保持密切联系和协调
 作为一个地区性的研发中心，KRCA为亚太地区支持凯诺斯战略性的产品开发，为关键客户提供技术支持和援助，开展技术评估和定位，以及积累地区性的技术知识和经验。
岗位职责：
Define and run R & D programs for product or knowledge development, or technical assistance request under his Charge

· Develops programs based on goals set by the project leader.

· Implements programs and monitor: planning, lab work, reports, compliance with deadlines ...

· Coordinates R & D work with other project participants (plant, marketing, customer ...)

Consolidation and dissemination of critical knowledge on construction market:

· He / she ensures the consolidation knowledge, methods, formulas， key for Refractory market.

· He / she supports the refractory technical training/seminars in KRCA .

· He / she organizes and disseminates literature monitoring in the field of Refractory, flux.

· He / she writes articles for conferences and technical documentation to support the new products launch, and can occasionally present them.

To develops and strengthens refractory application skills

· Masters and contribute to the development of scientific understanding

· Master all refractory related procedures and equipment. Prepares, distributes best practices (materials management, traceability etc ...)

· Develop new experimental methods

Supervise the activities of the refractory, flux and cermic technicians and engineers

· Manages engineers and technicians daily work arrangement and safety

· Ensures proper operation and cleanliness of laboratory under his charge

· Follow up the priorities and schedules

· Ensure the progression of skills (training)

· Ensure the good summary and report on each study.

Safety

· Responsible for applying safety policy and Management System to the refracatory team and that performance is attained.

· Ensure that all operations are complied with the H&S legal requirements in his/her department.

· Set personal annual H&S objectives for his/her direct reports with the adequate means and evaluate its achievement.

· Discuss safety topic and review safety performance.

· Ensure Safety Behaviors was set as the key indicator for all employees’ promotion within in his/her department.

Knowledge / Know-How

- Very good knowledge: high temperature chemistry, refractory application, Experimental lab work.

- Good Knowledge: materials sciences, nano-materials, Lab work in refractory application

- Fluent in English

- Oral and Written communication

- Basic knowledge: Indfustrial processes, powder technology, ISO, OSHAS.

 ACADEMIC BACKGROUND/学历背景

· Master in materials sciences or in a field related to minerals

· PhD, preferably in materials sciences or chemistry.

EXPERIENCE/工作经验

- 3-5 years experience of R&D laboratory.

- 2-3 year experience in Refractory, ceramics, cements industries, or industries using similar chemicals.
