REPORTS TO: Shanghai Plaza 66 Boutique Manager



Major Responsibilities:

· To provide excellent customer service including answer customers' query

· To guarantee quality cashiering counter service to customers

· To handle cash and credit card transactions at counter

· To balance daily cash, maintain custody of foreign and local currency cash box

· To prepare daily reports

· Other duties as assigned



Requirements :

· Good command of Chinese, English is a plus

· College degree or above

· At least 3 years of cashiering experience

· PC knowledge including MS Excel, Word and typing

· Attentive to details and service-oriented
