职位描述：
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities will be focus on monitoring/controlling role of overseas subsidiaries incuding but not limited to facility investment, production management, R&D project management and other strategic projects.
1、Oversee all strategic investment activities including budget and milestone achievement control.
2、Oversee all R&D projects and report status.
3、Oversee and coordinate other defined strategic projects.
4、Proactively communicate to ensure project objectives fulfilled timely.
5、Monitor project progress and follows up on any discrepancies with relevant personnel.
6、Provides management with timely reviews of project status and progress in its various programs and activities.
7、Deliver overseas subsidiaries 's feedback to internal department and co-ordinate the related projects.
8、Assure accurate, timely processing of incoming and outgoing materials.
9、Develop and implement new procedures and improve processes of projects controlling
JOB PROFILE (Education & Experience)
1、Bachelor’s Degree in technical/manufacturing related major; preferably in metal processing industry.
2、At least 5-10 years proven middle management experience in overseas business controlling/general management/project management and/or production management.
3、Experience in project management is a plus.
4、Experience in MNC or sizeable listed co. with overseas business unit is highly preferred
5、Good English or German skills, both written and oral.
6、Good multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
