Job title: Assistant Finance Manager
Location: Shanghai


Key responsibilities

1. Responsible for monthly closing and prepare and review financial reports and management reports;
2. Cost control for all branches and cost centers in China
3. Manage cash flow operation, Fixed assets and Intangible assets
4. Prepare annual budget and update forecast
5. Lead the finance team and ensure the local statutory and the company's reporting & accounting requirements are met on a timely basis (monthly and annual closings).
6. Ensure financial data integrity, including booking and records are conforming to legal requirements in respect of tax
7. To provide accurate and in-depth financial analysis on various business financial aspects to support the business decision making process; closely monitor the company's KPIs by divisions
8. Lead and train the internal finance staff
9. Other work assigned by Finance Controller and Board of Directors.


Job specific requirements

1. Bachelor degree with major in Finance or Account related areas. CPA or ACCA qualification preferred.
2. More than 8 years experience in finance field with at least 5 years of general accounting and management experience. Solid relevant experience with MNC.
3. Strong communications skills and leadership to deal with a wide diversity of financial and non-financial professionals.
4. Familiar with ERP system.
5. Strong team player with excellent people, communication and negotiation skills.
6. Business savvy and able to make sound judgment based on solid data and facts
7. Strong analytical skills & critical thinking
8. Computer literacy and must be an expert of Excel
9. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
