Major Duties:
？ The AMT Software Engineer (Asia) is to have an in depth knowledge of AMT’s
capabilities, organization, practices, strengths and weaknesses.
？ Possess a technical understanding of AMT’s equipment and projects.
？ Responsible to help assist in supporting equipment that is built by AMT Corp
and installed in Asia.
？ Responsible for ensuring customer related issues are addressed and
documented for final record at AMT Corp.
？ Successfully perform as AMT Software Engineer for other projects as directed by
management.
？ Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer needs and
inquiries in a timely fashion.
？ Maintain and build positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Required Skills:
？ In depth knowledge of C#.NET, SQL, Networking, Windows desktop and server
operating systems
？ Extensive knowledge of .NET Multi-threaded Winforms Programming, Entity
Framework, Linq, and Linq-SQL.
？ Exposure to or experience in Siemens OPC interfaces, SQL Replication, SSRS,
queries, and peripherals (barcode readers, scanners, etc).
？ Preferred four year degree in electrical/computer engineering/science field or
equivalent experience; including service experience in an automated
manufacturing environment.
？ Experience or exposure to automation, robotics, assembly, test equipment,
design, material handling, and other special machines and systems used in a
manufacturing environment.
？ Technically Fluent in Chinese and English language.
？ Proven technical customer support ability.
？ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). Proficiency in AutoCAD is a
plus.
？ Must project a professional appearance and attitude.
？ Must possess superior organizational skills.
？ Must be able to self manage
？ Good communicator-presentation and technical writing skills.
