机械装配岗位职责：
1. 阅读并正确理解工程图纸和技术说明，
2. 能够确认合适的设备、工具组装零部件。完全熟悉所有与自己工作有关的设备和工具，并且可以使用它们。任何故障及时通知维护主管
3. 装配前，选择正确的吊装方法和固定形式，确保安全和质量。
4. 确定正确的测量方法和工具，能够使用各种测量仪器，必要时进行计算和使用其它测量技巧，能识别不合格品，如尺寸公差和形位公差
5. 钳工装配时，能正确辨认并使用相关文件。在新的工作开始之前，确保图纸和工作卡片都是正确地，序列号是匹配的
6. 有能力调整齿轮安装、轴类安装、轴承调整以及其他种类零部件的安装和最终测试以提高产品的质量，而不增加加工时间、不对设备仪器造成损害
任职要求：
- 至少中专学历，5年以上机械制造工作经验-或者在工程制造领域完成学徒期限并得到承认的资格
- 3年重型行业机加工或钳工工作背景
- 有在大型机械行业工作经验者优先，具有团队合作精神
电气装配岗位职责：

2. 负责布线、接线，完全熟悉所有与自己工作有关的电器元器件的工作原理，如：变频器、变压器、ＰＬＣ、电容、开关等等
3. 能够确认合适的仪器、仪表测试零部件或系统。完全熟悉所有与自己工作有关的设备和工具，并且可以使用它们。能够确认不合格项，并排除故障
4. 电器组装前，能正确辨认并使用相关文件。在新的工作开始之前，确保图纸和工作卡片都是正确地，序列号是匹配的
5. 参与设备最终调试，有能力调整电控箱以及其他种类零部件的安装和最终测试以提高产品的质量，而不增加加工时间、不对设备仪器造成损害
任职要求：
