职位描述：
· The candidate should be graduate of Engineering with relevant experience into Vendor Development in Cycle and Automobile parts.

· Good analytical ability.

· Good communication skills.

· Very good Understanding of Manufacturing processes like Tube forming, Foundry processes, machining process in details, rubber process, plastic process, etc., related to manufacturing industry.

· Analyze Defects and execute remedies in processes.

· Knowledge of Supplier Quality and Process improvements, Regularly Visiting suppliers and Problem solving at supplier end.

· Open minded, mainly open to adjust to changing work environment.

· Additional Knowledge of quality management systems, Quality tools, six sigma etc.

· Quality control techniques.

· Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.

· Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.

· Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.

· Create weekly/monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.

· Willingness to travel on short notice. If not willing to travel, need not apply.

· Market intelligent survey to understand the Cycle industry in China.
