职位描述：
1、配合销售确认客户所需要的设备参数是否能满足（与设计沟通）；
   To help the sales to confirm if we can satisfy the specification which customer requested (communication with design)

2、给销售确认产品交货期（与生产和采购沟通）；
   To confirm with the sales about the delivery time (communication with production, purchasing)

3、整机销售订单的执行和发货跟踪（与生产，仓库，运输公司，客户沟通）；
   To launch the production order and execute the delivery (communication with production, warehouse, transportation company and the sales)

4、姐妹公司的配件销售（包括报价，订单，发运）；
   Spare parts sales to sister company (including offer, sales order, delivery)

5、姐妹公司的配件索赔（包括协调判断是否应该索赔，组织货源，发运，组织旧件退回工厂）；
   To resolve warranty claim from sister company (including judge, organize the sourcing, delivery out the new and delivery back the old one)

6、销售合同存档，客户档案建立和维护，财务发票申请和寄送；
   File the sales contracts, customer profiles creation and maintaince, finance invoice application and courier

7、陪同客户参观工厂设备；
   Company with customer visit factory and equipments sometimes



任职要求：

1、有较强的沟通能力；
   Strong communication ability

2、有SAP R3/B1经验；
   Have experience of SAP R3/B1 is best

3、有较强的办公软件操作能力；
   Strong operation skill for office software

4、较好的英语书写和口头沟通能力
   Good English writing and speaking skills

5、有工作经验至少2年；
